When I'm not writing software, I turn to my hobbies. I've had several over the years, including high-power rocketry and rock climbing, but with limited time, I've pretty much settled on two - woodworking and model railroading.

On these pages I'll share some of my experiences and insights.

I'll also share a model rocketry build that's inexpensive and will teach children the concept of rockets and simple crafts. I've presented this build at Cub Scout meetings and school science events. For Scouting, it covers several possible merit badges, including Rocketry, Woodworking, and Electronics.
